There are many reasons why you may need to Transfer your home – some of these being a Transfer between spouses or due to a separation. At SAIT Conveyancers we can help you with this process and discuss possible stamp duty implications and assist in liaising with the Banks along with many other facets of the transaction.

Deceased Estates

SAIT Conveyancers can assist you with the preparation and lodgement of the necessary documentation in the Land Titles Office upon the passing of a loved one. This can include transferring the ownership of the property to the surviving joint tenant, executor or trustee (depending on the ownership structure).

Form 1’s and Private Contracts

When selling your home, the Land and Business (Sale and Conveyancing) Act 1994 requires a Vendor to provide a Form 1 which discloses specific information about the property being sold. This is often referred to as the Vendors Statement or the Cooling Off form. Many Real Estate Agents no longer prepare Form 1’s and now outsource them to other businesses. Why get another party involved in your sale? At SAIT Conveyancers, we can easily prepare this document for you in readiness for serving upon potential purchasers.

We can also arrange all the necessary documentation if you are selling your property privately and do not have a Real Estate Agent acting for you.

If you are considering a subdivision of your land, whether it be as a Torrens-title land division, a community-title townhouse development or anything in between, SAIT Conveyancers can help you.
